Facilitated Workshops

Governance for Our Kids Climate’s primary service is a facilitated workshop that engages boards and councils in a planning process to address climate change through governance level action across the entire organisation.

Our typical workshop is for a whole board and takes two and a half hours. The agenda includes: 

• the climate change context
• general approach
• organisational impacts
• governance principles
• a five step process
• benefits.

By the end of the workshop, you will have outlined most of the foundational steps needed to begin your organisation’s climate change journey.

We prefer to facilitate in-person, however online workshops can be arranged.
